Enterprise Financial & Business Data Privacy
This Privacy Policy applies to the GMT Accounts application (Android, iOS, and Web Dashboard), developed and maintained by SafeNet Creations PVT LTD on behalf of Globe Multi Traders (GMT), Sri Lanka. It outlines how business ledger records, commercial receipts, staff rosters, and statutory EPF/ETF payroll details are safeguarded.
1. Management Authentication & Access Controls
GMT Accounts requires authenticated management credentials or quick office PIN. Cryptographic session tokens and fine-grained Firestore security rules isolate confidential financial balance sheets and private salary setups from non-authorized devices.
2. Ledger Entries, Attachments & Camera Permissions
• Financial Entries: Income, expenses, advance payments, and supplier records are entered solely for accounting records.
• Camera & Photo Library: Used strictly to capture and attach physical invoice or expense receipt vouchers. Uploaded receipts are stored in secure, private Google Cloud Storage buckets accessible only to authenticated management.
3. Workforce Management & Payroll Compliance
Staff profiles, shift schedules, overtime calculations, and monthly EPF/ETF payroll statements are processed in accordance with Sri Lankan labor standards. Data synchronization between GMT Accounts and the companion GMT Worker app is authenticated over secure TLS connections.
4. Data Security, Cloud Hosting & Backups
All enterprise data is hosted on enterprise-grade Google Cloud Firestore infrastructure located in the asia-south1 region with automated daily backups and full audit trails. No financial, customer, or employee records are shared with advertising networks or third-party brokers.

1. පරිපාලන පිවිසුම සහ ආරක්ෂාව
GMT Accounts වෙත පිවිසීමට බලයලත් කළමනාකරු ගිණුම් හෝ කාර්යාල PIN අංකය අවශ්ය වේ. මූල්ය ලේඛන සහ රහස්ය වැටුප් විස්තර වෙත අනවසර පිවිසුම් වැළැක්වීමට නවීන ක්ලවුඩ් ආරක්ෂක ක්රමවේද භාවිත කරයි.
2. ලෙජර් සටහන් සහ කැමරා භාවිතය
• මූල්ය සටහන්: ආදායම්, වියදම් සහ අත්තිකාරම් මුදල් ව්යාපාරික ගිණුම් කටයුතු සඳහා පමණක් ඇතුළත් කෙරේ.
• කැමරාව: බිල්පත් සහ ලදුපත් ඡායාරූප ලබාගෙන ඇමිණීම සඳහා පමණක් කැමරාව භාවිත කෙරේ. එම ඡායාරූප ආරක්ෂිත Google Cloud Storage තුළ සුරැකේ.
3. සේවක වැටුප් සහ EPF/ETF අනුකූලතාව
සේවක තොරතුරු, අතිකාල දීමනා සහ EPF/ETF වැටුප් ගණනය කිරීම් ශ්රී ලංකා කම්කරු නීතිවලට අනුකූලව සිදු කෙරේ. GMT Worker යෙදුම සමඟ දත්ත හුවමාරුව ආරක්ෂිත TLS තාක්ෂණයෙන් සිදු වේ.
4. දත්ත ගබඩා කිරීම සහ ප්රකාශක තොරතුරු
සියලු ව්යාපාරික දත්ත Google Cloud Firestore (asia-south1) හි ආරක්ෂිතව ගබඩා වන අතර දෛනිකව උපස්ථ (Backups) කෙරේ.

1. நிர்வாகி உள்நுழைவு மற்றும் தரவுப் பாதுகாப்பு
அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட நிர்வாகக் கணக்குகள் மூலம் மட்டுமே நிதி அறிக்கைகளை அணுக முடியும். நிதி ரகசியங்களைப் பாதுகாக்கக் கடுமையான Firestore விதிகள் மற்றும் குறியாக்க முறைகள் பயன்படுத்தப்படுகின்றன.
2. கணக்கேடு மற்றும் கேமரா அனுமதிகள்
• நிதிப் பதிவுகள்: வரவு, செலவு, முன்பணக் கொடுப்பனவுகள் கணக்கு வைப்பிற்காக மட்டுமே பதியப்படுகின்றன.
• கேமரா: பற்றுச்சீட்டுகள் மற்றும் இரசீதுகளைப் படமெடுத்து இணைக்க மட்டுமே கேமரா பயன்படுகிறது. அவை பாதுகாப்பான Google Cloud Storage தளத்தில் வைக்கப்படுகின்றன.
3. சம்பளப் பட்டியல் மற்றும் EPF/ETF சட்ட இணக்கம்
பணியாளர் ஊதியம் மற்றும் EPF/ETF பிடித்தங்கள் இலங்கைச் சட்ட விதிகளின்படி கணக்கிடப்படுகின்றன. GMT Worker செயலியுடனான தரவுப் பரிமாற்றங்கள் அனைத்தும் பாதுகாக்கப்பட்ட TLS வழியில் நடைபெறுகின்றன.
4. தரவுச் சேமிப்பு மற்றும் தொடர்புகள்
அனைத்து வணிகத் தகவல்களும் Google Cloud Firestore (asia-south1) தளத்தில் நாளாந்தக் காப்புப்பிரதிகளுடன் (Backups) பாதுகாக்கப்படுகின்றன.
