Workforce Data Protection & Privacy
This Privacy Policy applies to the GMT Worker mobile application for Android and iOS devices, developed and published by SafeNet Creations PVT LTD on behalf of Globe Multi Traders (GMT), Sri Lanka. It outlines how operational shift attendance, location verification, and task data are handled.
1. Staff Identification & Hardware Device Binding
To access the app, authorized employees enter their assigned Staff ID (e.g. GMT001) and personal PIN. The PIN is cryptographically hashed using PBKDF2 SHA-256 and verified server-side. For security and to prevent buddy-punching, the app registers a cryptographic device key within the phone’s hardware-backed Keystore / Keychain. No personal SMS or phone contacts are collected during sign-in.
2. Location & Farm Geofencing
GPS Location at Check-In & Check-Out: When scanning the office QR code, the app captures a single precise GPS coordinate to ensure attendance is recorded within the authorized farm site boundary (typically within a 100-meter radius). Check-outs outside the office boundary are safely permitted with transparent notes for field flexibility.
Periodic Background Checks During Active Shifts: While an employee is actively checked in on duty, periodic background location checks verify on-farm presence for personnel safety and compliance. When a worker is off-duty (checked out), all background location checks are completely deactivated.
3. Camera & Microphone Permissions
• Camera: Used exclusively to scan the permanent office QR attendance code. The camera stream is never saved, uploaded, or analyzed for facial recognition.
• Microphone: Used strictly when the employee taps the microphone button to record an optional voice work report or leave note. Audio recordings are stored in secure cloud storage for management review and are never used for voice identification or automated profiling.
4. Data Storage, Security & Retention
All timesheet entries, worked hours, task statuses, and pay advance records are stored in encrypted Google Cloud Firestore databases (region asia-south1). Operational timesheet data is maintained for statutory employment and EPF/ETF compliance purposes. Local app cache and hardware security keys are cleared immediately if the employee logs out or uninstalls the application.
5. Employee Rights & Data Deletion Requests
Employees have the right to inspect their shift history, attendance logs, and pay advance records at any time directly inside the app. For corrections or complete profile deletion upon conclusion of employment, workers or management representatives can contact us at info@safenetcreations.com.

මෙම පෞද්ගලිකත්ව ප්‍රතිපත්තිය Globe Multi Traders (GMT) වෙනුවෙන් SafeNet Creations PVT LTD විසින් ප්‍රකාශිත GMT Worker (Android සහ iOS) ජංගම යෙදුමට අදාළ වේ. යාවත්කාලීන කළ දිනය: 2026 ඔක්තෝබර් 17. අනුවාදය: 1.6.21.
1. සේවක හඳුනාගැනීම සහ උපාංග සම්බන්ධතාව
යෙදුමට පිවිසීම සඳහා සේවක අංකය (Staff ID) සහ පුද්ගලික PIN අංකය භාවිත කරයි. PIN අංකය PBKDF2 SHA-256 කේතනය මඟින් සේවාදායකයේ තහවුරු කෙරේ. සේවක පැමිණීමේ වංචා වැළැක්වීම සඳහා දුරකථනයේ Keystore මඟින් දෘඩාංග යතුරක් ලියාපදිංචි කරයි. පුද්ගලික දුරකථන අංක හෝ සම්බන්ධතා තොරතුරු එක්රැස් නොකෙරේ.
2. ස්ථානගත කිරීම (GPS) සහ Geofencing
පැමිණීම සහ පිටවීම සටහන් කිරීම: QR කේතය ස්කෑන් කරන අවස්ථාවේදී පමණක් සේවකයා ගොවිපළ සීමාව තුළ සිටීදැයි තහවුරු කරගැනීමට එක් නිශ්චිත GPS ඛණ්ඩාංකයක් ලබාගනී. සේවා මුරය අවසානයේ පිටවීම සටහන් කිරීම කාර්යාලයෙන් පිටතදීද සිදු කළ හැක.
සේවා මුරය අතරතුර පරීක්ෂා කිරීම්: සේවකයා රාජකාරියේ යෙදී සිටින කාලය තුළ පමණක් ආරක්ෂාව සහ නීතිමය අවශ්‍යතා සඳහා වරින් වර පසුබිම් ස්ථාන පරීක්ෂා කෙරේ. සේවා මුරය අවසන් වූ පසු (Check-out) සියලු පසුබිම් පරීක්ෂා කිරීම් සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම අක්‍රිය වේ.
3. කැමරාව සහ මයික්‍රෆෝනය භාවිතය
• කැමරාව: කාර්යාලයේ QR කේතය ස්කෑන් කිරීම සඳහා පමණක් භාවිත වේ. මුහුණු හඳුනාගැනීම සඳහා ඡායාරූප ලබාගැනීම සිදු නොවේ.
• මයික්‍රෆෝනය: සේවකයා කැමැත්තෙන්ම හඬ මඟින් සේවා වාර්තාවක් හෝ නිවාඩු ඉල්ලීමක් යැවීමට තෝරාගත් විට පමණක් හඬ පටිගත වේ.
4. දත්ත ගබඩා කිරීම සහ මකාදැමීම
සියලු පැමිණීම් වාර්තා, සේවා කාලය සහ වැටුප් විස්තර Google Cloud Firestore (asia-south1) හි ආරක්ෂිතව ගබඩා කෙරේ. යෙදුමෙන් ඉවත් වූ විට (Log out) හෝ යෙදුම ඉවත් කළ විට (Uninstall) දේශීය දත්ත සහ ආරක්ෂක යතුරු ක්ෂණිකව මකාදැමේ.

1. பணியாளர் அடையாளம் மற்றும் சாதனப் பாதுகாப்பு
செயலியை அணுக பணியாளர் எண் (Staff ID) மற்றும் PIN பயன்படுத்தப்படுகிறது. PIN எண் PBKDF2 SHA-256 முறையில் சேவையகத்தில் சரிபார்க்கப்படுகிறது. போலியான வரவுப் பதிவுகளைத் தடுக்க தொலைபேசியின் Keystore / Keychain மூலம் பாதுகாப்பு விசை பதியப்படுகிறது. தனிப்பட்ட தொடர்பு எண்களையோ SMS செய்திகளையோ செயலி சேகரிப்பதில்லை.
2. இருப்பிடத் தகவல் (GPS) மற்றும் Geofencing
வரவு மற்றும் வெளியேறுதல் பதிவு: QR குறியீட்டை ஸ்கேன் செய்யும் போது, பணியாளர் பண்ணை எல்லைக்குள் இருப்பதை உறுதி செய்ய ஒருமுறை மட்டுமே துல்லியமான GPS இருப்பிடம் பெறப்படுகிறது.
பணி நேரப் பாதுகாப்புப் பரிசோதனை: பணியாளர் பணி நேரத்தில் (Checked-in) இருக்கும் போது மட்டுமே பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் விதிமுறைத் தேவைகளுக்காக இடைவெளி விட்டு இருப்பிடம் சரிபார்க்கப்படுகிறது. பணி நிறைவடைந்ததும் (Checked-out) இந்தச் சேவை முழுமையாக நிறுத்தப்படுகிறது.
3. கேமரா மற்றும் ஒலிவாங்கி (Microphone) அனுமதிகள்
• கேமரா: அலுவலகத்தின் நிரந்தர QR குறியீட்டை ஸ்கேன் செய்ய மட்டுமே பயன்படுத்தப்படுகிறது. முக அங்கீகாரத்திற்கோ படங்களைச் சேமிக்கவோ பயன்படுத்தப்படுவதில்லை.
• ஒலிவாங்கி: பணியாளர் விரும்பித் தனது குரல் மூலம் வேலை அறிக்கையையோ விடுமுறை விண்ணப்பத்தையோ அனுப்பும்போது மட்டுமே குரல் பதிவு செய்யப்படுகிறது.
4. தரவுச் சேமிப்பு மற்றும் நீக்குதல்
அனைத்து வரவுப் பதிவுகள், வேலை செய்த நிமிடங்கள் மற்றும் ஊதிய விபரங்கள் Google Cloud Firestore (asia-south1) தளத்தில் குறியாக்கப்பட்டுப் பாதுகாப்பாக வைக்கப்படுகின்றன. செயலியை அகற்றும் போது (Uninstall) உள்ளூர் பாதுகாப்புத் தரவுகள் உடனடியாக அழிக்கப்படும்.
