What happens if two parents call at the same time?
The agent is stateless — every call gets its own instance, so 10 parents calling at the same time all get answered instantly. There is no queue. This is the single biggest reason tuition centres move off traditional answering services.
Will it confirm in Tamil if the parent speaks Tamil first?
Yes — the agent opens in a neutral greeting and mirrors whichever language the parent uses. If she starts in Tamil, the whole call stays in Tamil.
