Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the services provided by SafeNet Creations ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

SafeNet Creations provides digital marketing, web design and development, social media management, SEO, AI-powered automation, and related digital services for businesses in Sri Lanka and internationally.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information required for project delivery
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure all content provided to us does not infringe third-party rights
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

4. Payments

• Project pricing is agreed upon before work begins via a written quotation
• A deposit (typically 50%) is required before project commencement
• Final payment is due upon project completion and before handover
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayHere, or other agreed methods

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of custom designs, code, and content created specifically for the client transfers to the client. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party tools, templates, and stock assets remain under their respective licences.

6. Revisions

Each project includes the number of revision rounds specified in the quotation. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges at our standard hourly rate.

7. Hosting & Maintenance

Hosting, domain registration, and ongoing maintenance are separate from project costs unless explicitly included in the quotation. Monthly/annual maintenance plans are available.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeNet Creations shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. In case of termination, the client pays for all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable after work has commenced.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the courts of Jaffna, Sri Lanka.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
