Questions clients should ask
Which website package should I choose?+
Choose Launch Website for one focused offer, Business Website for a standard multi-page company site, Growth & SEO Website for a larger search and lead-generation structure, Online Store for a constrained commerce build, and Booking & Web Platform when the project needs live inventory, logins, a database or custom workflows.
Are these one-time website prices?+
Yes. The five package prices are one-time build fees for the stated limits. An optional Website Care plan starts at From LKR 15,000 / month. Domains, hosting, paid tools and usage-based services are separate unless a written proposal includes them.
Does SEO setup guarantee Google rankings?+
No. SEO setup means a search-friendly technical and page foundation: metadata, crawl controls, structured data where relevant, performance-conscious implementation and, in the Growth package, a keyword-to-page plan. Rankings depend on competition, content, authority, demand and ongoing work.
Is copywriting, photography or translation included?+
The client supplies approved text, images, brand assets and legal policies. Light editing is included only where the package says so. New copywriting, photography, video and translation are estimated separately before work begins.
Can the lower website tiers include booking?+
A request form, enquiry calendar or supported third-party scheduling widget can be scoped into a Business or Growth website. Real-time availability, payments, custom scheduling rules, channel-manager or PMS sync, user accounts and operational dashboards belong in Booking & Web Platform.
What is the difference between Online Store and a custom commerce platform?+
Online Store is a constrained implementation on a supported commerce platform with the published product, category, payment and shipping limits. Bespoke checkout, marketplaces, subscriptions with unusual rules, ERP or multi-warehouse sync, paired apps and headless commerce are custom-platform work.
When does the delivery timeline start?+
Planning starts after the booking payment, approved content, required access and design direction are ready. The listed ranges are planning guides, not guaranteed launch dates; the written proposal confirms milestones and dependencies.
What counts as a revision round?+
One revision round is one consolidated feedback list against the approved scope. New pages, products, languages, workflows, integrations or changed requirements are priced through a written change request before the extra work begins.
Do I own the website?+
Ownership, licences, platform accounts and handover items are documented in the proposal. Client-owned domains, analytics, payment and provider accounts are preferred. Third-party platforms, themes, plugins and services remain subject to their own licence terms.
Will a website automatically make money?+
No website can guarantee revenue. A useful website makes the offer clear, builds trust, captures the right action and measures it. Results still depend on the offer, traffic, pricing, sales follow-up, operations and market demand.
