Payment Methods & Credit Card Payments

SafeNet Creations (PV 00344724) accepts online payments in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) through PayHere, Sri Lanka's leading licensed payment gateway, as well as direct bank transfers for clients who prefer it.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit & debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), and UnionPay — both Sri Lankan and international cards are supported.
- Local wallets & mobile money: eZ Cash, mCash, FriMi, Genie, and Helapay through PayHere.
- Direct bank transfer: Available on request. We will share our bank details on the invoice.
- International clients: Card payments via PayHere are accepted in LKR. The conversion is handled by your card issuer.
2. How a Card Payment Works
- Confirm your package or custom quotation with our team by email or WhatsApp.
- We send you a secure PayHere checkout link (or direct you to the pay button on your invoice / the pricing page).
- You are redirected to PayHere's secure hosted page, where you enter your card details. Your card information is never stored on SafeNet Creations servers.
- After authorisation, you are redirected back to our website and receive an email receipt from PayHere and SafeNet Creations.
- Your project kick-off call is scheduled within one working day of the successful payment.
3. Security & Compliance
- All payments are processed by PayHere (PayHere.lk), a licensed payment service provider regulated by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
- The PayHere checkout page is PCI DSS compliant and served over HTTPS/TLS.
- SafeNet Creations does not see or store your full card number, CVV, or expiry. We only receive a masked reference and the transaction status.
- 3-D Secure / OTP verification from your bank is required for most Sri Lankan cards.
4. Currency, Fees & Receipts
- All prices on the website are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless specified otherwise.
- SafeNet Creations does not add any surcharge for card payments. The amount you see on the invoice is the amount debited.
- You will receive an email receipt from PayHere and a tax invoice from SafeNet Creations within 24 hours.
5. Refunds
Refunds, where eligible, are credited back to the same payment-initiated media. If you paid by card, the refund goes back to that same card; if you paid by bank transfer, it goes back to the same bank account. Please see our full Refund & Return Policy for timelines and eligibility rules.
6. Failed Payments & Troubleshooting
- Double-check that your card is enabled for online (CNP) transactions with your bank.
- Ensure 3-D Secure / OTP is active — most Sri Lankan banks require this.
- If the amount is debited but you did not receive a receipt, please contact us with the transaction reference and we will trace it with PayHere.
