User Data Deletion Instructions

These instructions apply to personal information associated with SafeNet Creations applications and integrations that use Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp services. They do not replace Meta's own privacy controls or deletion procedures for information held directly by Meta.
How to request deletion
- Email info@safenetcreations.com with the subject User Data Deletion Request - SafeNet Meta App.
- State which SafeNet app or service you used and provide the phone number or account identifier connected to that interaction. Include only the minimum information needed to locate the record.
- Describe whether you want deletion of all associated information or a specific conversation, enquiry, or record, and include the approximate interaction date where possible.
Verification and processing
We may ask for limited verification so that another person cannot delete your information without authority. After verification, we will search the systems under our control, delete or anonymise information that is eligible for deletion, and contact relevant processors where a provider-side request is required.
Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, legal obligations, provider integrity, or backup recovery. Meta and other service providers may also retain information under their own terms and legal obligations. We will explain any material limitation that applies to the request.
Confirmation
We will acknowledge the request, provide any necessary verification steps, and send a completion update or a reasoned response within the timeframe required by applicable law and the capabilities of the relevant systems.
