Use a small repeatable set of real buyer questions. A single answer is an observation; it is not a stable ranking or a market-wide visibility score.
Practical checks
-
Save the exact prompt, date, product/model, language and location context.
-
Record cited URLs, unsupported claims and whether SafeNet appears by name or merely resembles an answer.
-
Compare referral visits and qualified enquiries separately; missing referrer data limits attribution.
What to record before a decision
Write a short decision record: the current problem, one proposed change, the evidence needed to accept it, the person responsible and a review date. Test with fictional data before exposing customer information. If evidence is missing, record it as unknown rather than presenting a forecast as an achieved result. Keep a working fallback so a customer can still reach staff when an integration fails.
Scope and limits
For Google AI features, ordinary search eligibility still applies. No special AI file guarantees inclusion. Other answer products have their own discovery and selection systems, so record which product each observation describes.
