Is patient data safe? Where is it stored?
All conversations are stored in your own Firebase project (Google Cloud) with staff access rules. We can discuss region options and data processing agreements for healthcare clients.
Can the bot collect symptoms or take medical history?
We deliberately keep the bot scoped to scheduling and FAQs, not diagnosis or medical advice. Urgent or clinical questions are routed to your staff for proper assessment.
Will it work with our existing booking system?
Yes. We can integrate with Google Calendar, Calendly, Cal.com or systems with an API. If your current system has no API, the bot can collect appointment requests for staff confirmation.
How are appointment reminders sent?
The bot can send WhatsApp confirmation and reminder messages based on the scoped flow, such as 24 hours before the appointment and same-day follow-up where Meta template rules allow it.
How long does setup take?
Typical clinic deployment takes around 3 to 4 weeks: content and FAQ setup, booking or handoff flow, staff dashboard setup, testing, training and launch monitoring.
What if the patient asks something the bot cannot answer?
