Is patient data safe? Where is it stored?
All conversations are stored in your own Firebase project (Google Cloud) — region-locked to us-central1 by default, switchable to asia-south1 (Mumbai) on request. We sign data processing agreements with healthcare clients.
Can the bot collect symptoms or take medical history?
We deliberately keep the bot scoped to scheduling and FAQs — not symptom triage. The bot routes urgent cases to your on-call dentist/doctor for proper assessment. This protects you from medical advice liability.
Will it work with our existing booking system?
Yes — we integrate with Google Calendar, Calendly, Cal.com, or any system with an API. The bot writes confirmed appointments back to your existing system so your front desk has one source of truth.
How are appointment reminders sent?
Auto-WhatsApp 24 hours before with a "tap to confirm" button. Confirmed → no further reminders. Unconfirmed → 1-hour reminder. Cancelled → slot opens up automatically for waitlist.
