Processing sea cucumbers by hand means washing in tubs, boiling by eye and weighing on a separate scale. This concept puts washing, timed boiling and grading into one line, and saves a record for every batch.

Boiling time and temperature decide the quality of dried sea cucumber, and they are often judged by eye.
Counts and weights are written on paper, which makes batches hard to compare and trace.
We develop each system from problems we see on our own sea cucumber farm in Jaffna.

- Step 01
Wash
A perforated drum tumbles and rinses the catch to remove sand and slime.
- Step 02
Boil
The tank holds a set temperature and a timer runs each batch to your recipe.
- Step 03
Lift
The basket lifts the batch out automatically when the time is up.
- Step 04
Grade
A camera counts and sizes each piece, and the scale logs the batch weight.
